At CapaSystems Support our primary goal is to provide timely, professional service to our customers.
Our focus is on maintaining operational health by using our high level of knowledge regarding best practice to minimize the impact any incident will have on our customers’ business.
To be able to provide the high level of support any issue must be logged in our service desk.
Logging an Incident, Change, Problem or Service Request in CapaInstaller Helpdesk
If you are a Service and Support Customer you can request a login for the web-based helpdesk by sending the request to support@capasystems.com with adequate contact information.
All Customers has received a mail (snail-mail), in which we are requesting the IT managers to specify who needs a login to the CapaInstaller HelpDesk.
The CapaInstaller Helpdesk can be accessed at the following adress:

Support opening hours are Monday-Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
